• Registration Completion: Registration is only considered complete once payment is successfully received. Participants will be notified via email.

• Responsibility for Information: Participants are responsible for obtaining all necessary information regarding the terms, conditions, and any event upgrades for the festival, regular classes, or virtual classes.

• Refunds:

  Non-refundable

  • Pass Transfer and Cancellation:

    • Pass or ticket transfers incur a €20 fee and are only allowed up to 10 days before the event starts

• Payment Surcharge: Any PayPal/Credit Card surcharges are non-negotiable and non-refundable, covering merchant fees.

• Responsibility for Damages: Participants are liable for any damages caused at the event venue. The organization is not responsible for personal accidents or damages.

• Event Changes: Organizers reserve the right to make changes to instructors, DJs, workshops, parties, programs, venues, event dates, or local class dates without prior notice.

• Liability Waiver: The organizers are not responsible for any loss, damage, or issues arising from ticket purchase or attendance at the event.

• Media Usage: Photos and videos of participants may be used by the organizers for promotional purposes.
